In order to enable you to use swinmeter APP services normally, we need to collect some of your information in the following situations to provide services to you, improve our service quality, protect the security of your account, and implement national laws, regulations and regulatory requirements:(1) Registration When you register for swinmeter APP, we need your commonly used mobile phone number. In the SMS verification code link, you may need to read the verification code SMS content to assist you in filling in the verification code. Individual users need to provide your real name when registering, and enterprise users need to provide enterprise name when registering.
(2) Real-name Authentication We need to collect your real-name information (name, ID photo, ID number, enterprise code, business license, legal person name, legal representative ID number). You need to complete the real-name authentication by yourself to ensure the legitimacy and authenticity of transactions on our platform.
(3) Property Information When filling in property information, you need to collect property information (property address, name, area, property certificate, as well as electricity meter, water meter, door lock device information). Filling in real information is conducive to better house rental for platform users.
(4) Bank Account Information When a transaction occurs, you need to provide bank card information (ID photo, ID number, cardholder name, bank card number, bank reserved mobile phone number, enterprise name, enterprise certificate number, legal person name, legal person certificate number, enterprise corporate account, enterprise certificate, operator ID, name, certificate number, mobile phone number) so that the transaction funds can accurately enter the user's account.
(5) Risk Control In order to ensure the secure and stable operation of services provided to you, prevent transaction and capital risks, we need to obtain your following device information: including network SSID, device model, device name, IP address, Mac address, device version information, device identification code (IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, ICCID), location, application startup time, language or time zone information, and will read/write SDCard card data. We will use the collected device information to identify and verify your identity, which will improve the security of using our services. If you disagree with providing the aforementioned information, you may not be able to complete risk control verification.
(6) Location-based Services When you use location-based functions such as house searching and positioning, we will collect your location information to provide you with corresponding services in your location. You can stop us from collecting your location information by turning off the positioning function in your phone settings at any time.
(7) Voice Search When you need to use voice search, you need to authorize us to obtain your microphone permission. We will use this permission for voice input and collect your voice content to identify your needs. If you disagree with authorization, you will not be able to use the above functions.
(8) Document Update, Scan, QR Code Recognition When you use document information update, scan, QR code recognition, and facial recognition functions, you need to authorize us to obtain camera or local album access permissions and read/write storage permissions. We will use this permission to read images and upload document information and card information. If you disagree with authorization, you will not be able to use the above functions.
(9) Avatar Setting When you need to use the swinmeter APP avatar setting function, you need to authorize us to obtain your camera or local album access permissions and read/write storage permissions to provide you with avatar upload services. If you disagree with authorization, you will not be able to use the above functions.
(10) Customer Service When you need to directly contact the customer service hotline (400-850-2999) or merchant after-sales service hotline, you may need to authorize us to obtain your call permission.
II. How We Store and Protect Personal Information
1. Personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China will be stored within the People's Republic of China. However, to process cross-border business and with your authorization, your personal information as part of transaction information may be transferred overseas. In this case, we will perform personal information security outbound declaration and evaluation procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and will adopt effective measures to protect your information security, such as implementing data de-identification and other security measures before cross-border data transfer, or requiring overseas institutions to keep your information confidential through agreements, verification and other measures.2. To protect your information security, we are committed to using various security technologies and supporting management systems to protect your information security within a reasonable level of security. We try to reduce the risk of your information being leaked, damaged, misused, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and modification. 4. Please properly keep your account login name and other identity elements. When you use swinmeter APP services, we will identify your identity through your login name and other identity elements. Once you leak the aforementioned information, you may suffer losses and may incur adverse legal consequences for you. If you find that your account login name and/or other identity elements may or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures in time to avoid or reduce related losses. At the same time, please properly keep your mobile phones, tablets and other mobile terminal devices to avoid others using your trusted devices to log in to your account.
